I'm familiar with every system of your home. When I was 16 years old (a LONG time ago), I started framing homes in Aurora. In the years that followed, I've formed the footings for foundations, nailed the ridge shingles on roofs, and have had my hands on every system in between!

I have the  experience to thoroughly inspect your home.  I have been a Contractor in Denver and I've seen every defect you could imagine during my remodeling career. I can spot signs of trouble so that you can take appropriate action before it's a problem.
